Full Job Description

Scarsview Chrysler is looking for an enthusiastic Service Appointment Co-Ordinator/Warranty Administrator to join our established service team. This is an opportunity to support the service department operations by maintaining process efficiencies and meeting deadlines for a number of key areas within the Service Department.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working in automotive industry and interacting with customers. We are seeking candidates that are able to work independently in order to handle interactions with Service customers to schedule appointments over the phone. Basic computer skills, Phone and Customer Service and ability to take initiative when it's needed.

Skill Responsibilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills - being able to monitor open repair orders and current status of vehicles while in for repair, keeping customers informed at all times. Excellent follow-up skills
  • Experience processing warranty claims considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in automotive sector would be an asset

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Experience:

  • service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
