Engine and Powertrain
The 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon has three engine options. The standard is the Pentastar 3.6L VVT V6 engine with a stop/start button and a six-speed manual transmission. The optional upgraded version of this engine features eTorque and an eight-speed automatic transmission. The third engine option is a 2.0 L DOHC I-4 DI engine with a stop/start button.
Design
The Rubicon comes standard with an 8.4-inch UCONNECT 4C NAV touchscreen display. It has an optional integrated off-road camera feature that can be very useful when driving through rough terrain.

The Rubicon 392 is the highest trim within the Rubicon family. It is the fastest and most powerful Wrangler to date, and is the only Wrangler with a powerful HEMI 6.4L V8 engine, boasting 470 hp and 470 lb.-ft. of torque. It includes several unique features, such as the hydro guide air induction system integrated into the hood to provide cooler air which helps lower the engine temperature while keeping the intake separate from the water in wet conditions. The Rubicon 392 starts at $110,640.
